The scriptures lay down Bhajan (group devotional singing), Namasmarana (Remembering God’s Name) and Sankeerthana (devotional music) as the Sadhanas (spiritual practices) of this Age. Bhajan is the process of singing your prayers to God, praising His glory and compassion, and pleading that He may fill you with His Grace.
Sri Sathya Sai Speaks Vol. 11/Ch. 37, Jan. 1972.
Sri Sathya Sai Baba has written on several topics, explaining concepts of spirituality in an easy to understand approach. Baba has emphasized that spiritual transformation can only happen with self transformation and laid out this path in simple ways. Namasmarana (remembering God’s Name), (Devotional Singing), study of spiritual literature and prayers are some of the ways to realize God.

In the same way, you should listen (eat) in the Study Circle and put into practice (digest) what you have learnt.
